I understand that, considering today's job market, entry level positions are scarce, especially for those who require a form of sponsorship to work in the US. My question is: "Can I (Canadian) apply for a working visa, myself, without the help of any employer? If so, how?". Companies seeking to hire are somewhat hesitant in recruiting foreign candidates. Perhaps by applying for an TN-Visa or Hi-b visa by myself will make me more "attractive' to hire. Please advise. Thank you in advance!
