I've been an engineer for the past 15 years but actuary work seems to be more in line with what I would enjoy. Haven't done calculus or probability stuff since I graduated 15 years ago. I'd still like to take the course 1 test in May. Are there any consequences of taking the test and failing it? Will potential employers ding me for a failed test?
