hello everyone. i am currently a second year math/econ major and i am extremely interested in becoming and actuary. i have applied for internships for this summer but thus far it is too early to tell what will become on them. whether i get an internship or not, i would like to begin taking the exams. The only problem is... i don't have a clue where to start. can anyone give me any suggestions? what study material and study methods did you find useful? did you study on your own, with someone else, with a group? did you go to any seminars? where did you purchase or borrow the study material? i know this is like any test in the sense that you study the way that is best for you, but when you have no clue at all about how to begin sometimes you need advice. please take the time to post your response i am sure there are others with the same question. have a wonderful day!
